  If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the

Make sure that the only your profile is signed in and everyone else is signed out.

Then see if your profile is assigned to the headset.

If it isn't, remove the assigned profile from the console (don't worry you can add it back easily again, nothing will be lost).

See if the headsets are working. If the headsets aren't working and the assigned profiles were removed, then I would recommend contacting Xbox Support:
support.xbox.com
