    Xbox One Headsets Broken and MS wont replace them.


    My Xbox one headsets just broke so I called MS to get a replacement but I guess MS know they are making a POS headset because they are not covered

    past 90 days for the warranty. My "Warranty ran out 4 days ago on the headsets and MS wont replace them. watch out everyone MS is going to soak you for another

    $25/$30 to buy a new headset. I guess I'm going with sony from now on at least they build stuff that does not break and or is sold already broken.

    My Wireless Headset with Bluetooth isn't Working

    So, my original wired headset broke, so I went and got the wireless headset to replace it. It connects just fine, but the Xbox seems to think that my broken headset is still connected to it and so I can't use either of them. Any help would be appreciated.

    Xbox One headset mic not working

    Yeah they aren't the best quality. MS will replace it but you have to send the broken one and pay shipping

    Warranties are a legal contract so to speak you can read your here:
    support.xbox.com/.../console-kinect-warranty

    You did have the option to purchase an extended warranty as see here:
    support.xbox.com/.../complete

    A 90 day warranty is standard for most electronics, some are longer some are shorter.

    Just an FYI Sony has a similar warranty and if your headset breaks 94 days after your purchase of a PS4 don't plan on getting a replacement.

    They replaced mine no problem. It was a launch console.

    Thanks for the reply. Please review the post by XBF Jasmine. "Since the headset is not working on one but works with the other it could be that there's an issue with the controller's 3.5mm jack for the headset."

    Cannot hear voices through headset

    Just an FYI, My problem was a broken headset port on Day One Controller. Tried a friends controller works fine. Microsoft will not guarantee a Day One Controller replacement.. Nice Job MS.
