    Xbox one headset.


    Good morning all, I'm having an issue speaking with my griend on our headsets, here's the issue: I have a Kuda headset with a new version controller, my friend has the original controller with the original headset. I can hear him but he can not hear me,
    it still lights up that I'm talking, we've tried all the troubleshoots and no luck. The conclusion we came to is that his wifi signal was at 70% which affected our abilty to communicate. If anyone has any other ideas to the reason why this is happening please
    help.

    Note: that there have been times where we have been able to talk, but seems to only work when it wants to.

    No, Microsoft never has and never will read these forums. In regards to your issue, try doing a hard reboot. Hold the power down on your console until it shuts off. Give it a minute or two before turning it back on.

    I can understand your frustration with all the bad luck you have been having. And, for the record, I am not part of the Microsoft staff nor an Xbox customer support employee. But, I can say that we have 2 Xbox Ones and 1 Xbox One S, and 2 of the

    Xbox One Stereo Headsets    . And, both headsets work well, with and without the
    Stereo Headset Adapters    , on all our Xboxes.

    Actually the OP is the one suggesting he wear his XBox One headset at the same time as wearing his Polk headset.



    I'm the one suggesting he use his standard headset until they update the XBox ONE to work with the older expensive headsets or until they release new expensive headsets for the ONE.
