    Xbox one Headset


    I'm currently having problems with my xbox one headset, and after having a chat with an xbox support rep, I still have not found a solution. The rep closed our session before they were going to give an update that I could use on a usb that would supposedly
    help fix the problem. The problem being that I am not able to hear through my microphone. I am able to talk and I can see the green dot in the xbox party when I do speak through the mic. If I try to increase or decrease the volume of the mic I am unable to
    hear the beeping sounds that usually occur. Any help would be great.

    Xbox one Headset

    I'm having the same issue. It worked fine since December but about a week ago it stopped working. I can talk but I can't hear anyone in game or party. Help would be great
