Xbox One Headset/Party chat issues.

Yesterday(Dec,15), I ran into a problem where my mic stopped working. The mic seems to still be powered when plugged in but I cannot here or speak into it. When unplugged the party chat shows that it is still plugged in. I have done MANY different things
to fix this. I have signed in and out, deleted my account, hard reset my Xbox, cleared caches(including MAC), tried different controllers(both updated yesterday), and even restored to factory defaults. The issue remains and seem to be unable to find a fix.
I talked with support and he did his best to help me and I was very greatful but still didn't solve it. He reconmended sending in my mic to be replaced but I don't believe the Mic is the issue because of the fact that it thinks it's still plogged in when it's
not.

If anybody knows anything that could possibly help, let me know. Thanks.

Xbox One Headset Doesn't Work In Party Chat

My headset that came with the Xbox One no longer works in Xbox Live Party Chats. Before, whenever I could get into Xbox Live Party Chats, the headset would work perfectly fine. However, one day my Xbox One was experiencing some freezing and loading issues
so I had to power it down completely, unplug it and turn it back on. After doing so I noticed my headset no longer worked during Party Chats. When plugged in, I can turn the volume up/down and hear the beeps and the mute indiciator turns on/off. I usually
use Skype when there's issues with the Xbox Party Chat and there's no issues whatsoever with my headset using Skype. The problem is strictly isolated to party chats. It's very strange. I've checked my settings and they all seem to be in order. My headset is
not faulty, so I'm not sure how to correct this issue.

I would really appreciate if someone could assist me on getting this fixed. Incredibly annoying problem.

i also have headset issues in destiny fireteam chat , mainly audio cutout , breakup , i also use the microsoft stereo headset , again it works fine in party chat , ive also gamed with guys using other branded headsets getting the same issues , possibly destiny
fireteam chat issues , even when i was on ps4 before moving to xbox the same issues where present , some people couldnt be heard at all in fireteam chat.
