    Xbox One Headset Not Working


    For the past few days, my Microsoft Xbone headset (the one bundled with the console) has stopped working, I can hear other people in the party just fine, but they cannot hear me. I've tried a number of fixes (muting and unmuting, updating controller firmware,
    power cycling, clicking "choose this person", etc), and it still does not work. I've seen this problem happen to other people on here and have never seen a satisfactory solution. I am loath to replace it as previous signs show it to be a software issue. Is
    there anything else I can do? My NAT type is open.

    I and a large number of people are experiencing this issue as well. Get ready to wait because I have had this issue for almost a month and they still havent said anything except "they are looking into it" best of luck to us!

    USB headsets do not work with Xbox One. The only ones that will work are ones that use a 3.5mm jack with the controller or one of their (Xbox) certified headsets.

    None of the current gen TB headsets will work with the Xbox One. Wait for TB to release the Xbox One headsets and buy one of those.
