    I"ve been looking for one of the new adapters for the one, for a few days now, and all the stores are sold out, or out of stock online. And the only other place that you can get them is from amazon for 69.99! (from Microsoft)...But well talk about that at
    another time and place. I just want to know if anyone knows when they will be shipping more out to the stores?

    I can understand your frustration with all the bad luck you have been having. And, for the record, I am not part of the Microsoft staff nor an Xbox customer support employee. But, I can say that we have 2 Xbox Ones and 1 Xbox One S, and 2 of the

    Xbox One Stereo Headsets    . And, both headsets work well, with and without the
    Stereo Headset Adapters    , on all our Xboxes.

    Hey Mo, have you tried calling either the Microsoft store or your local GameStop or BestBuy to see if you can find a delivery date? I know my local GS only received 2 of them and I was there when they opened the doors. I dont know if calling the MS store
    will help but only thing I can know to try.Hope they do bring more of them out soon as everyone will be wanting to use their existing headsets to save money.

    Well I know more shipped out to some retailers a couple of days ago, though I can't say as to how many retailers received. I actually preordered mine through Best Buy for store pick up, and they just got my order in yesterday.

    If you have trouble locating one, I'd say your best bet might be to watch Best buy, or walmarts website. When store pickup, or shipping options open up(whichever you prefer) order one. Then continue to watch local retailers. If you grab one elsewhere, just
    cancel your order.

    I have no idea why Microsoft isn't meeting the demand on these adapters, it seems a bit ridiculous. Especially when they should of been available at launch.

    I got mine at walmart,they only got 3 in and I went at 4am and got the last one.. The bad news is that its still not working with certain headsets, mine being one of them..MS is supposed to be working on a fix. I can hear the game fine,but I can't hear anyone
    and they can't hear me..

    The Xbox One does not support USB headset, the console only supports wired connection to the controller via the 3.5 mm jack or with the Xbox One headset adapter. which connects to the bottom of the controller, or you can use a wireless headset which connects
    straight to the Xbox One wireless connection. Your best bet would be to purchase the Xbox One headset adapter.
