    Xbox one headset adapter question.


    Hey, I just purchased an adapter and have no voice chat with my Tritton 720+. Question, if I go purchase a 3.5 to 2.5 cable and use the adapter, or purchase the 3.5 CTIA, would the chat work with my headset?

    Ok, 1st question. Have you updated your controllers firmware with the headset plugged in?

    Update Xbox One Controller

    Another question, have you toggled the mute button to make sure you don't have yourself muted?
