Xbox one Headset Adapter fix!

Well yesterday I went and purchased the adapter for the xbox one. I plugged my turtle beaches and everything and did the controller updates but for some reason I honestly couldn't hear anyone.

If this happened to you i think i found a fix for it (Worked for me)

1st. Take out batteries - Plug in the usb to your xbox then top of controller ( Like you normally would for the update for controller)

2. Update the controller by going to settings.

3. After the update is

complete
unplug your controller

4. hold down the xbox button for 10 seconds to turn it off completely.

5. Unplug about from the surge protector (wait for the power cable light to go off) if its connected to one and plug it directly into the wall.

Then just power up your xbox.

Just found something that worked for me, Couldn't hear anyone on cod ghosts now i can hear everyone.

People might know a fix already just wanted to share what worked for me.

Also you may have accidentally lowered to volume for party chat without even realizing it by pressing the game volume multiple times or with a single long press

Hi, there are other threads about this isse and the fix that has been suggested is to buy a headset adapter.
