Xbox One HDMI port loose

Make sure your HDMI is stable and not loose, and that your HDMI is plugged into the HDMI Out port on your Xbox One. There are two HDMI ports: In and Out. In is for your cable box. Out is for your input onto your display.

yes, that is called the advance exchange. If you don't want to do that, there is another option. You basically send your console in for a repair, they fix it up and send it back to you. They even send you a shipping label to your email address, so you don't
have to pay for the shipping. All you have to do is get a box.

These are the two options. I see no need to get angry when they offer two different methods for a repair. One is free, and the other gets you a console fast and cost 15 dollars.

I've been troubleshooting this for a few months. Tried multiple HDMI cables. Seems I found a solution, using the Xbox one HDMI cable from the cable box to the Xbox one seemed to resolve the issue. Also, check your ports, the HDMI ports on the back of the
Xbox are loose and shallow, the cords fall out easily.
