Hast Du schon mal ein anderes (funktionierendes) Gerät an das HDMI Kabel angeschlossen (z.B. einen BluRay Player, oder Laptop oder ähnliches)?

Falls dort das Bild problemlos funktioniert, probiere noch folgendes:

Entferne die Disc aus dem Xbox One Laufwerk falls notwendig. Dann schalte die Konsole aus, indem Du die Xbox Taste an der Konsole etwa 10 Sekunden gedrückt hälst.

Wenn die Konsole aus ist, halte den Eject Knopf gedrückt während Du nochmal die Xbox Power-Taste an der Konsole gedrückt hälst.

Die Konsole piept einmal normal direkt beim Einschalten, und dann nochmal nach etwa 10 Sekunden.

Lass dann beide Knöpfe los.

Die Konsole sollte dann in einer Notfall-Auflösung starten, und hoffentlich ein gutes Bild liefern (allerdings in niedriger Auflösung).

Stelle dann in den Einstellungen wieder die gewünschte Auflösung ein.

Sollte das keine Besserung bringen, musst Du wohl oder übel Deine Konsole einschicken. Den Reparaturprozess kannst Du dann hier starten:

If the picture works there without any problems, try the following:

Remove the disc from the Xbox One drive if necessary. Then turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds.

When the console is out, hold down the object button while you hold the Xbox Power button pressed to the console again.

The console is beep normally directly when you turn it on, and then again after about 10 seconds.

Then release both buttons.

The console should then start in an emergency resolution, and hopefully provide a good picture (but in low resolution).

Then reinstate the desired resolution in the settings.

It may be defective in the hdmi output of your xbox. If still under warranty, contact support for technical assistance.

I had the same issue in March, which was obviously a defect in the HDMI output. After sending the XBox One X in for repair it came back 4 weeks later working again.

Last Saturday the same happened again... :-(

Seems to be a real poor quality of the HDMI Port or internal connection...

There are 2 HDMI ports in the back of the Xbox one is an input and one is an output make sure your HDMI on the back of the Xbox is coming out of the HDMI port out to tv.
