Xbox One HBO GO and Surewest Television

Has anyone experienced issues with HBO GO on Surewest (recently purchased by Consolidated Communications)? I think this may be an issue with Surewest, but I'm not sure. For at least a week when I try to launch HBO GO I immediately receive an error saying

"Network Error: Please try again in a few minutes. HBO GO will now restart"

When I hit OK, it immediately shows another error:

"Unable to connect to HBO GO: We're having trouble connecting to the HBO GO service right now. Verify your network connection. Please try again later if the problem persists."

It makes it seem like a network error, but this has been happening for a week and our internet works just fine. I can even play HBO GO from my web browser on the same network. From what I've been reading, it seems the error can have to do with the TV Provider
configured in OneGuide. Here's the weird part: in HBOGO.com, our cable provider used to show as Surewest, but now it shows as Consolidated Communications. In OneGuide Settings, it remains "SureWest". So is the fact that these two provider names aren't syncing
up the cause of this?

Some Google searching brought back this. The guy also is on Surewest, had the same problems exactly, and it was also from this week. He claims to have gotten it working though.

I have tried the following (several times, and with variations):

• Log out all users
• Uninstall HBO GO
• In OneGuide Settings:
  • Clear OneGuide
  • Clear History
  • Remove Provider
  • Add/Change Provider
  • Reset TV Settings (readded everything)
• Power Off Xbox (with Instant-On turned off)
• Power it back on
• Reinstall HBO GO
• Run it (while signed out, so it prompts for an account)

I've tried it in that order - but I've tried at least a dozen or more variations on that with different user accounts on my Xbox. This has worked without issue up until just over a week ago. I'm convinced it is due to the fact that the HBO GO website now
shows my provider as "Consolidated Comm." and the Xbox continues to show my TV Listing provider as "Surewest", but I'm not sure.

Has anyone had this issue? Any resolutions?

Vie niekto poradiť ako spustiť HBO GO na XBOXe? Spustím cez Edge HBOGO, prihlásim sa cez operátora a znova ma to hodí na stránku prihlásiť sa. A takto to ide dokola.

I tried selecting a Consolidated Comm. provider from another city (an original market, not one of the Surewest takeover markets) in OneGuide, still didn't work. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
