Xbox One has issues with wireless connectivity

I have a minecraft edition of the Xbox One, I have it hardwired to the internet so I have no issues there.

But my controllers will randomly disconnect from the Xbox, same with my headphones.

My controllers are Xbox brand controllers, no off brand ones and my headphones are the new Turtle Beach Stealth 700 gen2 and I also have gen1.

The issue is the same with the headphones, they will connect for a little while then disconnect. I have updated the controllers from the Xbox settings and I have plugged the headphones into my computer to update their software from the turtle beach app. Nothing is working and it's very frustrating.

If the issue persist, it might be a hardware issue. You can Request an Xbox controller replacement | Xbox Support if it stills under warranty.

this has been an ongoing issue at my house also 2 xbox 360 consoles running wireless one connects then try other either it wont connect or it will boot other offline then 3rd xbox 360 in house wired no issues at all plus my pc's are always conected and
at full speed one wired one wireless so its not my network this issue has only been present for a few weeks

"am I being stupid".... No, everyone has trouble from time to time. But, let me suggest following up with a couple of things, "Connect a wireless
Xbox One controller to your console" and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.

You probably mean the right thing, but the Xbox One does not use Bluetooth to connect controllers wirelessly, but a Xbox specific wireless communication protocol.

Since the console has this wireless protocol built into the special wireless module already, the Xbox One doesn't support the USB wireless connector.

Try the
suggestions in the Wireless Controller Troubleshooter here to hopefully fix your wireless controller issues.
