    Xbox One has internet issues


    My Xbox One says I'm connected to the internet but I can't play anything online or send and receive messages, etc. since thanksgiving. It says I'm connected and that it is Xbox that is having the problem. It gives me an error of 0x87dd001 yet when I enter
    that at the support, it says it has no records of that error. What's up? Is there a bug in my console?

    Xbox one internet issues!!!

    Somehow my One says I have a NAT type of open and full bars on wifi and I go to the home screen and no aps show up as if I'm basically not online but it tells me "its all good". Also when I go to play online games I can never hook up to my "cloud". Idk if
    I got a defective unit or what but I'm really dissapointed in microsoft. 500 $ for a piece of crap. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. This thing works horrible compared to my 360. Returning it tomorrow.

    Same here fifa single player one match and then back to home screen! I called xbox support and they have turned my issue in to a internet issue and I should speak to my internet provider! Ha ha thanks for taking ownership of your problem.

    No, not the issue with your internet. But as has been mentioned earlier, the Xbox Live services themselves are experiencing some issues :)

    When you say 'the worst internet', what do you mean exactly? What dl speeds are you seeing on your Xbox and what do you get if you run a speed test on your phone or a PC? How do these numbers compare with the package your ISP advertises?
