Xbox one has horrible download speeds and get kick out xbox live

SInce yesterday my upload speed has gone from the usual 7 or 8 mb/sec to one mb/sec or less .. can't play Halo 5, i get kicked as soon as the game starts. Had my ISP out here, got new modem, direct connection to it and so on, but the upload remained horrible,
while the download is normal and the PC's here show normal upload speeds.

Is this the xbox servers that is throttling the upload?

It has to be the servers, had isp come check out speeds. Over 300mbs download, 30 upload. Xbox one s is barely getting 30 download, 30 upload hardwired.

I thought it was the Xbox itself, so I got a one X and speed is still low. So got a powerful console I can't use because download speeds are so low I usually lag out of games

I have been using speed test for years ping 18 up load 2 mbs and 15 mbs average everything works great except my downloads from xbox live. Netflix fine downloads horrible

Dude it's been tested numerous times. Xbox Live has always won higher quality connections and download speeds. If you think PSN is better then Xbox Live then thats your opinion. But it's a fact Xbox Live has better download/update speeds then PSN.
