Xbox One Hardware ISSUE

Same, since console update this morning, it won't load disc games, wont open apps "For some reason....took too long to start." Everything I try to do comes back with that response. The remote controller works, but it locks up every few seconds it takes
forever to respond. It's also telling me that games aren't installed, games that I know are actually installed. Seems like it's not reading disc and/or storage, at a minimum. Also,I cannot see anything on the home screen, except empty boxes and menu titles;
no images or background. PLEASE fix this quickly. 🙂

I reside in Goa, India and I have an Xbox One, the warranty is void. The console has an issue of shutting down on its own and also games restarting on their own and at times also not detectable. Now the microsoft website says there are no stores available
for service or repair, so how do i go about it?, contacting someone from support directly is also an issue, the customer care number when called wasnt transfered to an executive and hence no chance to explain my issue.

Because there is no stores to repair or service a xbox

Its not meant to be serviced except at an authorized warranty center

There is no third party ones or anything other then to make a repair request on this website

Your best option call support in your region and go thru the troubleshooting and if it needs repair you can have it correcrly done the right way

The agent can make a repair order for you the fee is flat and can vary between regions

Anythingf else is not allowed on xbox forums

The service link you are talking aboiut us for pcs or accessories not xbox products which can only be serviced by xbox

I have had similar issues after update this morning... it keep getting black screen/it just turns off on its own on start up, it sometimes loads and try to play and nothing is loading or if it does its very laggy!

Ive tried cycling power and resetting but nothing is helping!

Its getting frustrating now.

I found an old wired connector and it seems to be working fine now. So, why would the communication stop after a few minutes of wireless gameplay? Remember, I tried two different controllers, different games, and different accounts (just in case). At least
I have a partial fix.
