xbox one hardlocked and crashed gears of war ultimate what should I do

Xbox not starting up properly

When I turn the box on it will stay on the "Xbox Startup Screen" and will not load the dashboard. It can take up to 2 minutes for the dash to appear. If I have the internet already plugged in it will not load at all. When I get to the dash any attempt to
connect to live will hardlock the box. Trying to clear cache won't do anything. If I can get a game to load and start gameplay the box will hardlock each time it trys to access the memory on the box. Autosave causes hardlock as well as any loading a new map
on the game. Halo 3 multiplayer on live will work fine once the game loads. my dash, friends list, or any other xbox features on the system itself will not work. when i tried to play dead island it would load the game off disc tray open/close. the game takes
about 5 minutes to load the main menu. it takes about another 5 minutes just to choose to select the memory unit. once the game loads it will allow me to play until i complete a quest or load a new map like inside a building. then the xbox hardlocks and will
not resume play or allow any other functions. I've tried to unplug everything let it sit and try again but that doesn't help. Any Ideas?

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox One. If it's hard crashed on the home screen, please try doing a hard reset. To do this, with the Xbox on hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until it shuts off. If it doesn't shut off, unplug the console
from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
