Xbox one hard powers down when game loads

Idk. It sucks. It just keeps booting me. I believe its somewhere in the power source because it reaets to a green screen reboot when i restart. Go figure.

I am sorry to hear that, try hard resetting your xbox one by holding down on the power button for 10 seconds.

- When off unplug the power cable and keep off for about 1 to 2 minutes

- Replug the power cable and then turn on the xbox one

- Load up the game and load the save again.

Can you tell us what error you get when trying to load into worlds? Is it any worlds you have?

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox and try to load into your worlds again.

Try out that step and let us know exactly what happens when you try loading into a world.

Often when games don't load correctly a simple hard reset fixes the issue in my experience. To do this with the Xbox powered on, hold the power button down for about 10 seconds. The Xbox will shut off very quickly. After that is done power the Xbox back
on and expect it to take longer than usual to load up.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling a game and then re installing it. As it can take a bit to install and update a game, I recommend using a smaller sized one that's having problems.

Uninstall Xbox One Content
