Xbox One hangs when returning to Home screen from game and using directional keys.

My Xbox One will hang 100% of the time when performing the following actions:

1. Boot Xbox One and launch a game (I'm using GTA 5, but this has also been confirmed with Forza 5)

2. Return to Home screen by pushing Home button

3. From home screen, navigate to any adjacent "square" using any directional key

4. Result: the Xbox One is now hung and does not respond to any key further presses. Console needs to be rebooted to regain functionality.

5. Config: 6.2.11797.0 (xb_rel_1411.141124-1759) fre

Please help. As stated above, the unit will hang 100% of time when performing these steps after a console reset.

This is unfortunate. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then unplug everything from the console for 5 minutes. If the issue still continues after that then I would recommend sending it in for a repair.

Thanks, tried the power cycling and still had the problem. After thinking about what changes have been made (i.e. updates that have been applied) to the system over the last few days, I decided to uninstall Forza 5. This seems to have corrected the problem.
Not exactly sure what it was about the Forza 5 install that contributed to the problem, but it's not hanging for now.
