    Xbox One Halo: The Master Chief Collection digital code purchased at Target was a code for PC?


    So...long story short...the Xbox One code I purchased at Target for the HALO collection was successfully redeemed, but apparently the code was for PC. The card I purchased had a green top and had the Xbox logo on it. I could install it to my work computer, but would not show in my Xbox game library. Microsoft customer service had me try a bunch of things to troubleshoot the issue of not installing on my Xbox One, at which point they told me that I'd have to go to Target to resolve the issue. Has anyone ever had this issue?

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    My issue is that I purchased it at a brick and mortar Target store. The card has the green top as well as the Xbox One logo. It even says Xbox One. I plan on going back to Target, but I'm not sure what they can do as it states no refunds or returns on the receipt.
