Xbox one Halo:Reach

Hi all

today a purchased a copy of halo reach and downloaded it onto my xbox one. Once i had dowloaded i played it for five min and then i accidentally clicked onto fifa 16 once i quit fifa 16 i went back onto halo reach and when i launched it it came up with the
usual xbox 360 and once it went into the game it loaded on the halo reach screen and 5 seconds in it goes black for 15 second and take me back to the home page.

i bought the xbox one yesterday.

PC - needs an upgrade but runs games at decent settings on Windows 8

4x Xbox 360's - 2005 launch console, Halo 3, Halo Reach and Halo 4 consoles.

Let's go ahead and try these steps to clear the Xbox 360 storage cache and see if that helps.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.

Select Settings.

Select All settings.

Select System and then select Storage.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select Yes and restart the console. This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.

Let us know if you're still seeing the issue after the console restarts!
