    XBOX ONE - HALO MCC DL Install wont finish but fully downloaded. Wants me to Switch Profile.


    Hello, I've just downloaded the Master Chief Collection as part of a bundle that came with the new Halo themed Console. Fully downloaded but stuck in queue and asks me to Switch to the profile used to purchase it from the store. I only have 1 profile and
    I would have been logged in to that when I kicked off the download.

    Help!

    Halo MCC problems

    both on the internal and external drives idk what to do both halo mcc and halo 5 don't want to work for me the rest of the halo games work ( reach, odst ce, etc.) But not halo 5 and mcc both pre owned again

    Try doing what Echo4Ent suggests. If that still does. Not work you may need to reach out to the official support line for help.

    May need to scrub all that. I don't think the Halo MCC is part of the deal. Just rechecked all the codes I entered. None appear to relate to Halo MCC. Not sure why it let me download and install, well nearly install..

    So you try to install Halo 1 from the MCC and it stops downloading at a certain percent every time? Are you trying to install on an external HD, or the internal one? I assume you've already tried a power cycle? Also have you tried installing other games
    and seeing if they will fully install, or if it is just this one game in particular that will not work?

    bought an Xbox one with halo master chief download with it and I installed it and now it won't let me play it. It says I need to switch to the profile I bought it with but my profile is the only one on my Xbox. I tried uninstalling it but it doesn't work
