    XBOX One Halo 5 Guardians Pack


    I just got a limited edition XBOX One (the Halo 5 : Guardians pack, already mentioned in the subject), and the game doesn't work.

    By that I mean that when I go on "My games and apps" and then on "Games" there's nothing and when I go on "Queue" it says that Halo 5 was recently installed, and when I click on "Halo 5 : Guardians" Promotional REQ Pack, a white square with a white cross
    inside pops up on the screen with a black background.

    What does that mean and what can I do to remedy it ?

    Because, I haven't been able to play on the game yet, so I can't be banned from it.

    I hope someone can help me out, because I don't know what to do about it...

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    You can check to see if there are any unopened REQ packs on
    Halo Waypoint    . If there are no additional packs there, and you're sure you only opened 7, the next best place to go is the

    Halo 5: Guardians support forum     on Halo Waypoint. Unfortunately we are unable to directly assist with in-game items on the Xbox forums.
