Xbox One Halo 5 game launches and then freezes at main menu and reboots

Hello!

I bought this xbox back in Feb of 2014. After buying Halo 5, I installed it and launched the game. After seeing the 343 logo, and microsoft logo, I hear the main menu and see the menu. It then freezes with a weird buzzing noise coming from the speakers and
the screen turns to black. The xbox proceeds to reboot and I'm returned to the home screen after it restarts. I returned my copy of Halo 5, thinking it was the game but sadly it was not. I reinstalled the game twice with no luck. Last night, it worked for
a few hours. I played up to level 5, and a match of warzone with no issue. My disc drive isn't making and grinding or buzzing noises. I factory reset my console and still nothing. It plays digital games with no problem and my Halo MCC disc with no problems.
I updated my xbox with a 440MB update. I am apart of the preview program as well. The first time, I deleted my save game, and it worked like a charm. I switched my HDMI cord and it worked. A buddy of mine said the power supply sounded odd, and we traded bricks.
He is currently using my brick with no issue on his One. His brick works fine on mine but it still freezes on the main menu. I just want to play Halo 5 but sadly I cannot. As you know Fallout and Battlefront are coming out, and I would like to be able to play
them with no issue. My xbox is well ventilated with no dust or blocking the fans. Same with the power supply. Any tips?

i start the game and i press start it either freezes at the black screen or it gets extremly laggy at the main menu and then freezes

 

ARK

Click the home button ,go to settings then network settings,then click go offline .count to 5 go back online then go back to the game.

If that doesn't work try this:

Launch ark on Xbox one Host/local Host multiplayer session Game will load PrimalGameData_BP and open a multiplayer game. Press start, exit to main menu. In main menu, select Join Ark. Connect to your multiplayer server as normal.

 

Also to add, I'm apart of the NXOE. I opt'd out just now to see if it'll fix it within the upcoming days.

 

You do realize that opting out of NXOE will result in a factory restart will be performed on your console? You should make sure all your games, DLC, apps, etc.. are moved to an external drive and it is disconnected prior to the reset to avoid having to
reinstall everything.
