xbox one hacked changed email and everything can't sign in

I have seen this to many times and is largely down to insecure password or gamesharing which is not allowed, gamesharing involves sharing credentials, accounts dont get hacked they get compromised by insecure passwords, answers or sharing.

what you can do is sign into another account and request a call then explain the issue there, then they should be able to assist you further

in step 1 follow the instructions for if you can't sign in to your account

if you still need help click on the Contact Us button on that page then select Family and online safety as the category and I want to protect my account as the topic, click Next then skip the notice about covid19, scroll to the bottom of the options and
select Chat online or Request a call.

The problem is that you can't request a call due to covid and the first step to not being able to sign in is enter your email. The hacker changed the email and now Microsoft doesn't even have his email on record as having an account. I'll just have to
hang tight on the phone so they can maybe track IP locations and get this fool.
