Xbox one GWG not going through

I just recently bought an Xbox One but I've had my 360 since 2012, once the GWG Program started up for both I downloaded the games from my Xbox 360 and I've had the games saved up ever since the start of the program, but all the games I downloaded are not
there in the RTI section, just a few of them, just to name a few, I'm missing The Escapists, Goat sim and a few others, any ideas?

NHL 2015 once free with gold, now need EA Access

Just looked at the entire list of gwg games for xbox one since console launch, nhl 2015 is NOT on that list. Not sure how you got it free, but it was not through gwg.

Couple digital Xbox One games suddenly appeared in my ready to install library ?

There's no promotion or anything that I know of where you get those particular games by upgrading to Xbox One.

All of the games you listed were GWG at some point (up to 2 years ago). Did you redeem those Xbox One titles through the Microsoft desktop website while they were free? That would be a way to redeem Xbox One GWG titles if you only had an Xbox 360. Also,
Xbox One GWG titles are only accessible in your library while your Gold subscription is active (as opposed to Xbox 360 GWG, which remain playable regardless of your Gold status).

When you check out your
My Games section, do you see the games in question listed there? If not, that would indicate that the account you are looking at did not acquire the games you're looking for. If you don't see them listed, unfortunately there is no way for us retroactively
add those games to your account or discount them at this time.

Hello my general discussion friend, I've checked:
commerce.microsoft.com as well as my email history and there isn't any record of any of the GwG purchases, so unfortunately it doesn't look like there's a way to confirm through the PC.

On the Xbox One if you go to the 'My games and Apps' tab and scroll to the right is shows all games waiting to be downloaded and that's really the only way I know where to re-download my Xbox One GwG games.

Looking at some of my previous GwG purchases on the marketplace through the PC though it states for Raymond legends, 'Already purchased (01/03/2015)' maybe it's just being silly because you haven't actually downloaded it.

Anyway that's just some perspective so you know what an Xbox One owner can and cannot see.

You'd still be able to play them if purchased. Its only Xbox One / Series SX games that need Internet. However, any games you purchased through GWG for free will be unplayable as you need an active subscription. Hope this info helps
