    About since the Hitman offer i cannot get 360 GWG - i was able to DL the 360 Crackdown game for free during the 2018 xo event and yesterday i could DL the gears judgement game from a code.

    Like other posters say, at home my pc mozilla and xb1 browser in xbox.com doesn't resolve - wonder if something with my wi fi? But xb1 games i can get.

    My only solution is a browser on the workplace pc, then come home and i will own it on my xb1 - at work the page says "your download queue is full. Clear and add to downloads". In the past on my xb1 i opened a browser page and I cleared it but now on any
    PC the 360 queue page is not there, I not sure if the queue is the issue.

    I sent messages to xbox twitter and Larry Hyrb with no result.

    GWG Hitman Blood Money won't download to Xbox One

    I've been a member for years and never had an issue getting GWG.

    I own an Xbox One and have successfully downloaded the 2 xbox one GWG. It refuses to download Hitman.

    I've tried numerous times through a PC and get this error:

    Hi Keith,

    I would suggest to clear the local Xbox 360 storage on your Xbox One from System>Storage>Clear Xbox 360 storage. Your data should sync the next time you start your games.

    Something may be affecting your Xbox profile on the 360 servers since it's only specific to 360 games with gold. Do you have any issues actually purchasing 360 content or is it just the free games with gold you cannot download ?

    Also to clarify you are able to get the free games with gold from your work computer or not?

    Do you have a valid up to date payment method on your Xbox/Microsoft account?

    I'm also having this issue currently with Sacred Citadel. I spoke to Microsoft Chat who was adamant that "after the November 1st update 360 games must be purchased on an xbox 360, since you have to buy it using your profile".

    (I'm doubtful how informed they were though, they kept telling me that it's a 360 game and I'm on Xbox One, had to link the backwards compatibility list to move past that).
