Xbox One Guide won't play TV stations

Discus and support Xbox One Guide won't play TV stations in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a hauppauge digital tv tuner connected to my Xbox One.     Xbox One Guide won't play TV stations


    I have a hauppauge digital tv tuner connected to my Xbox One. It's pretty great and ordinarily works fine. However, today, I get a "We can't find that channel" error when ever I try to watch TV. I've power cycled, unplugged and restarted, re-set-up the
    TV, rescanned and found all the channels... still nothing. Any thoughts? It worked fine just yesterday.

    Xbox One Guide

    Xbox One guide used to show tv listings for all programmes in my area. Over the weekend it stopped showing listings for a few tv stations. Instead of seeing whats on, its no been replaced with no info. As of tonight quite a number of other stations are now
    showing no info. Any help would be great thanks.

    Secondary Audio (SAP) not supported??

    Console: Xbox One Attachment: Hauppage USB TV Tuner Issue: There are no options (in system settings or in the One Guide settings) to select or activate a secondary audio source (SAP) for off the air broadcasts. Example: I am able to watch and receive audio
    for all stations in my area. One of the OTA stations is a Spanish language station. There is a program on this station that broadcasts a show I want to watch with a secondary audio stream in English. I cannot use the Xbox to watch this show, and have to disconnect
    the coax from my antenna (to the Xbox) and plug directly into my tv to be able to listen to the English SAP audio.

    Xbox One Guide won't play TV stations

    So part of the problem, is the OneGuide is defaulting to HDMI, but I have no cable box connected (because I do not have cable), and it won't switch to the digital antenna connected via the USB.

    So, both tv's are experiencing the same exact problem. We have two Xbox One's, both with hauppauge's, which are not functioning. What are the chances of that?

    I just had the same thing happen to me. I'm having the same deal. Before I wiped the one guide settings I had no issues rescanning and finding channels, even though the TV app would still display the error. However after wiping my one guide settings I can't
    even find TV providers via zip code. The issue must be in the Xbox side with a bad update or something since we both had the exact same issue.

    As I got no help from Hauppauge, Microsoft or any Forum, I gave up on the glitchy device and moved to a tuner that works incredibly well with no loss of function, I believe it is a fix. I'm currently watching a TV on station that the Hauppauge tuner would
    never play without stuttering. The Tivo is cheaper, and has a much better tuner then most HDTV converter boxes. I now have all of my local stations, and the one guide and they all get great reception. My advice is to move on from the Hauppauge device. POS
