    Xbox One Guide/Tv Guide Problems


    When the Xbox one first came out the guide for the Xbox one matched the guide for my Comcast cable. A week after buying the console, Comcast in Bluefield, WV 24701 changed their cable channels around due to adding HD channels. Now, the the Comcast guide
    and the Xbox one guide do not match. I have called Microsoft customer service three times over the past year. The last time I spoke to someone we made a three-way call to Comcast and they tried to figure it out but between the two of them there doesn't
    seem to be anything that they can do. Microsoft customer service said there was nothing else they could do, that I needed to speak to someone on this forum. Everyone I have spoken to in this area is having the same issue. How can I get this resolved?

    TV Tuner One Guide problems

    I'm getting near perfect signal, and the following issues:

    No One Guide information showing for freeview. (along with same issues above)

    ALSO: Quote

    "If I choose OTA I get the full one guide but BBC2, ITV and channel 4 are missing. i.e. the guide goes from 1 straight to channel 5."

    I have this issue too, except wen i click on any of these it comes back with 'Lost signal to your tuner'

    Xbox please help, we want a nice one guideeeeee! Was looking forward to the tuner arriving in the post, and now its not even half working :'(

    And to make matters worse I have an android :'( Wahhhhhh!

    TV Tuner One Guide problems

    Hi,

    I am having a problem getting the one guide to work (I am in the UK).

    When setting up the tuner I get Freeview - Meridian digital and OTA as options.

    If I choose digital I get all the channels with some duplicates (even though is is set to hide duplicate SD channels) but the one guide is empty, however, the now and next panel seems to work i.e. has information.

    If I choose OTA I get the full one guide but BBC2, ITV and channel 4 are missing. i.e. the guide goes from 1 straight to channel 5.

    Anyone else getting this?

    Choosing Freeview National Lineup doesn't seem to make much difference.

    Should the one guide populate immediately or is this a bug?

    I see, what we will have to do next is report the missing channels in TV & OneGuide settings so that this issue can get sent to the proper folks. Follow the steps below to report missing channels in OneGuide.

    • On your Xbox One controller, press the Menu button and select Settings.
    • From the Settings menu, select TV & OneGuide.
    • From here, select Troubleshooting.
    • In the Troubleshooting menu, select 'Report a OneGuide problem', and then select 'Missing Channel' in the drop menu.
    Follow those steps and the report be sent to the proper folks, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and I really hope you get up and running soon!

    I have missing info on ITV HD and Film 4+1. I can see what's on ITV by looking at SD channel but it's not a good solution. This is a real pain and stops the adapter from being a useful addition.
