Xbox One Guide Sky Channels out of sync

had this, mainly sky issue, some channels on sky i have to keep tweaking the delay on the sky box to get it right, itv and channel 5 are the worst culprits for audio lag and sync issues.

When I use one guide with sky. On my windows Fone. It skips wen I'm trying to select a channel through my sky guide. Eg. If I go up,down or side to side it I can't select the channel I want because it will skip 1 or 2 channels.....

yes it does have the one guide im using it right now to change my sky tv channel over.

Ok, fixed my own problem. It seems during setup I selected sky hd Wales, which puts the HD channels first. You need the HD package from sky to match this setup. I changed it to sky SD Wales and suddenly all the channels are correct and I can still get the
free HD channels, which I thought I wouldn't if I selected SD. Strangely I can add sky 1 as a favorite as well, not sure why that is?

There is still one problem, the guide lists channel 4 but it's actually S4C.

thats right. I have the same issue here, and it bothers me definitly the most on my xbox one. At the moment i can't see all channels with the one guide, so i have to use the sky epg as well.

please fix this as soon as possible. It can't be so difficult to update an the channel list.
