Xbox One guide and Time Warner Cable

Time Warner Cable just rearranged there channel lineup today (3-13-14). Now my One Guide is all wrong it is still at the original lineup. Is there anything I can do or does Xbox have to do an update on there part?

Xbox One unable to control Cisco 4742HDC Cable Box

I have a Xbox one. My provider is Time Warner cable and my cable box is Cisco 4742 HDC. I recently purchased an IR extension cable and I am having and issue changing my one guide channels for my cable box. The IR cables are working fine and I have trouble
shooted my one guide and I have contacted Xbox support but when I go to enter my cable box remote code it does not appear.Can this box model be added to One Guide Thank you.

 

The entire channel lineup is wrong.

Having the same problem.. Recently setup here at Kentucky in zip code
[Mod Removed] with Time Warner Cable and the guide is completely wrong. Time Warner acquired the insight cable company. During setup it finds Time Warner Cable but indicates box less for some reason. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same issues, also my voice commands to change to the correct channels aren't working...does anyone know of a fix? Thanks.

 

There is a difference between:

a. OneGuide showing TV listings differently then what is actually on at the correct time/channel

b. Voice commands not going to the correct station number

This is just a difference of what to troubleshoot. I hope this defines the nature of the issues a bit. Please do let me know.

There's a fix for this.

> Restore your Xbox One to factory Defaults > Set up your Live TV again.

Eastern North Carolina Time Warner's old channel line-up still in OneGuide. I restored my box to factory defaults and OneGuide still shows ESPN on channel 1500 when it should be TV Japan. Who's the company that feeds line up info to OneGuide? Maybe they
need a notice that TWC has changed their line up...
