    Heyyy. So the other day I was up watching netflix. Shut off my console as I do every other night. The following day, I went to turn the Xbox one and it went to the green Xbox One loading thing for approximately 10 minutes before it powered itself off and
    reset. Did this a few times before I did some research. At that point, I tried to do a Factory Reset of the console. Held the bind key and the eject key, got the troubleshooting screen, and then selected keep games setting. It then went to a screen that says
    Preparing Console with a loading bar. The bar loads up to 50% then freezes, and after a few moments, the Xbox restarts itself. I tried then to go back to that troubleshooting screen to see if I should just do the offline reset and no luck. Please help!

    Update This morning I turned it on and it just sits at the green xbox one screen. I tried the factory restore with no luck it still just sits at the green screen loading.
