Xbox One Green Screen then Black Screen..

Good evening,

I'm going to cut to the chase: I've read every single article on this here, hard resets do not work, and I've tried troubleshooting, low resolution etc..

Checklist:

I've checked the HDMI cables, power cables

I've tried different tellies.

I've borrowed my cousins xbone and it works on the telly with my cables.

I've therefore narrowed it down to my xbox. It has to be the xbox, I can't change the reso because it doesn't even load to menu after the green screen! Taking it to currys next week because I have warranty but just want to try everything before.

I have been on on the chat and phone with MS Support. (after waiting for hours...) One the last phone call the lady told me the "Xbox Rangers" have come up with a fix other than the EOU. I'm currently waiting for a call from a "Ranger" to help me fix my
xbox. I'll let everyone know if they have actually found a fix so people don't waste there time getting a new xbox or spend more money. I suggest that everybody just request a phone call from xbox support so they can get a "ranger" to hopefully fix their xbox
easily.

P.S. I was told that I won't need to download anything for the ranger to fix my xbox. All I have to do is turn the xbox on and follow their instructions.

I honestly dont think our issues are fixable

 

I forgot to put, between houses I had it in the car, but it was secure in the box I was carrying it about in, it remained upright on its side so, the chance of it being shaken may have been slimmed but it is not out of the question?
