Xbox One Green Screen problem

i choose the second Systemupdate to fix the system.

the preparing is working without problems, but applying update stops at 66% and it doesn't go on.

I tried this many times, but it's not going on.

can anyone help me ?

Green Screen of Death

Hey all, Got my Xbox One from Very.

Tried switching it on this morning and it is stuck on the initial screen (Green Xbox One screen). Left it for a few hours and it is still green. Unplugged wires, help power button down etc. It just won't go past this screen.

Anyone had this problem before? Would I be able to send it back to Microsoft or Very for replacement?

Green screen problem

When I was playing my Halo Reach , I had to tilt my Xbox over like 30 degrees to check something until I heard something scratching and then I realized that my Halo Reach CD was not in the proper position . So when I restarted my Xbox , during the prologue
( after the loading screen ) it appeared green . I can still play the whole game normally except the matchmaking . I think due to the problem on my disc , my matchmaking was also affected as I don't seem to have any of the maps on matchmaking or events on
matchmaking ( Firefight , slayer , BTB ) when I was at the green screen , all I had to do was press A which will get the green screen out and to the main menu but the green screen and the matchmaking just irritates me . PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Unfortunately, tipping over your xbox has cause the disc to scratch. The data for matchmaking on your disc has been damaged and matchmaking is now unplayable. I recommend getting another copy of Halo Reach.

If your console is stuck on a green screen, power cycling your Xbox console will reset the network card and clear the cache:

Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
After the console has shut down, unplug the mains lead and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button .
If you still see the Xbox start-up animation screen for 10 minutes or longer when the console powers back on, go to: Perform an offline system update
