    XBOX ONE GREEN SCREEN FREEZING


    Every time I turn on my xbox it freezes on the green screen it don't even load the green screen the xbox logo is not there just a green screen, when I factory reset my xbox it fixes it for about 2 days and then freezes again and I have to factory reset
    again!!!!!!!!!!!????????

    o i guess i should mention that i used osudt2 since i wasnt freezing at green screen and it wasnt a new xbox one. it goes right to ERror screen conact support e203. riht after it loads the green screen.

    While not the perfect solution, have you tried to factory reset from USB? This downloads a new file onto USB and updates from there replacing the image you had on your Xbox.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand your console is not booting up properly is that correct? It sounds like you may be having a system update issue of sorts from what you're describing. I would recommend the
    factory reset trying the "Keep My games and apps" option first. Check out this support article:
