Xbox one green screen. All resets tried and failed

Was playing a game and tried to open a game video file from a friend. My screen started flickering so I ended my game session and got stuck on the home screen still flickering. I tried a hard reset 3 times all failed. Unplugged power cord 5+ minutes tried turning system on to only a green screen. Tried reset by pressing eject and sync at 5he same time then the power button. No menu came up still stuck on green screen. Please help.

Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely turned off.

Wait 30 seconds and plug the power cord back in.

Hold down the BIND (located at the bottom front of the console) and EJECT (located on the front of the console) and press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue by pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10 to 15 seconds.

Listen to the two tones of "activation", with a few seconds of difference between them.

Release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second activation tone.

If your console is the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, it doesn't have the EJECT button. You can turn on Xbox Startup Troubleshooting on this console by keeping only the BIND button and then pressing the Xbox button.

When you're on the recovery screen, choose the "Reset while keeping games and Apps" option.

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

When I turn on the One I get the usual green screen but after that I get a long black screen and the the Xbox logo shows up right in the centre of the black screen. It's almost as if it tries but fails to grab the update. Also, unfortunately, I only have
the one Xbox One ha.

Ive tried resetting all settings, it sounds normal when the xbox starts up and the green screen appears but once it hits home screen i get this weird distorted noise.
