Xbox one graphics glitch

Unfortunately we still cannot pull up this video due to how it's imbedded in the text box. Go ahead and just copy and paste the URL of the video and we should be able to view what is going on.

Either way, your description alone points to the graphics card possibly going bad. What model Xbox One do you have? Have you tried different HDMI cables?

If all else fails, then the graphics card will need to be serviced. You can set up a repair with the link that Chris provided.

Yes I've tried both also tried changing out the tv to a diffrent one
