Xbox one graphical issues. Please help!

Hello support,

Ever since I've bought my xbox one I have been deeply disappointed in it's graphics. Only until my last two purchases, battlefield hard line and witcher 3, i've always thought that's just how the games were. Now I'm starting to deeply believe that there
is actually something wrong with my Xbox or settings.

These are not my pictures, but they perfectly display the issues that I am having.

Witcher 3 looks like:

Instead of:

I'd like to see if you guys have an suggestions before I call support.

Please take a look at this guide and see if the troubleshooting steps help out with those graphical problems you're seeing on the console.

Xbox One Graphical issues

I took a look at a couple of your game clips (Deus Ex, Wildlands). Yep, you've got a textbook case of a
malfunctioning GPU in your Xbox. It's a defect that happens to a small percentage of consoles.

If it's still possible, return your console for an exchange at the retailer you bought it from. If you're past the return period, then you will need to
schedule a repair with Microsoft, as this is not a user-serviceable fix.

Thanks so much for the reply! I think the consoles still in warranty (this is my second xbox now) so I'll get it replaced.

The two pictures you are looking at are probably a comparison between the Xbox version vs a high end PC version of the Witcher 3. If your Xbox had a graphical issue, it wouldn't just down on the graphical quality it would just fail to load the game and even
the dashboard in general. Sorry that you are disappointed with the graphics of the console, but i guess that's just the way they are!

That's the problem mate. My graphics look like the original xbox. I don't get beautiful views or stunning graphics. I get foggy backgrounds and choppy, un-finished details similar to the first picture.

Are there such things as issues involving poor graphics for the xbox one? I felt the same way when I played battlefield hardline. Everything seems blocky and not polished at all.

A long shot as you said all your other games are fine but, HDMI cable? Can you borrow your friends for a few minutes or take your Xbox to his house and try it out? See what it looks like on his T.V? You could also try out a different HDMI port on your T.V.

Get back to me when you've given those a go. If it doesn't fix the issue we'll try some other stuff
