    so I was playing the new cod ww2 when my screen flickered and then a line appeared horizontally across my screen.. after the game finished I noticed that it's not actually a single line but the full bottom half of the screen is lighter than the top half..
    so I try a different HDMI cable.. same problem.. I try sky on the tv and there's no sign of the issue.. allowing me to single out it' a gpu issue in the Xbox one..

    I have also started to notice splatters of a dim yellow colour appearing when in busy areas of the game.. so when alots happening ..its like a haze. Which is weird?

    Anybody experienced anything like this?

    Seems like the gpu is failing to me?

    Any suggestions or is it time for a new console?

    I've had it since they came out back in 2013..

    Just a quick follow up: Exchanged Xbox One finally and that solved the problem.

    Must be an issue with the graphic cards in certain Xbox Ones...

    Heya topps999.

    Before we recommend a repair or anything like that, can you test your Xbox One on a different television to see if there's any change with the coloring? Definitely not normal to see what you're seeing, so keep us updated.

    The repeating audio happened every time my laptop every froze, usually during longer sessions or demanding games. My laptop has an nvidia graphics card and an intel cpu with integrated graphics, so shouldnt it fall back on the integrated graphics if anything happened with the gpu?

    I am sorry. I still don't think it will meet the system requirement.

    Your CPU is on the weak side of things since it is only a Dual Core and newer games require 4+ physical cores core for Game Logic and Physics at lower settings.

    The graphics card will bump FPS up but you will be bottlenecked from the CPU and wont get full potential of the graphics card.

    If your getting a Nvidia Graphics card you can use Geforce Shadowplay that uses a Chip on the graphics card to record taking around 5% off during gameplay
