Xbox One got replaced with new one and i still can't update

As it says in the top I went and got a replacement because that's what xbox customer support said to me earlier, i followed all the steps on the website including downloading the troubleshoot offline update to a flash drive, none of this worked so i got
a replacement and yet again it get's to 5% and then says there is a download issue. It gives a heading to check net which i do and all is good but it still wont update. Really don't know what i can do to fix this considering i just went a got a new replacement
xbox and I am still have this issue.

Really would appreciate a reply to this As Soon As Possible.

Xbox controller headset jack no longer working

How long are Xbox One controllers guaranteed for and how do you go about getting one replaced if still under warranty. We bought a new Xbox one last Christmas (2017) and the controller will no longer work with the headset so we can't talk to other players
any more. The headset is an official Xbox item and it works with other controllers.

When can I play Gears of war 2 on Xbox one -_-

I inserted the disc today and still can't play gears of war 2 on xbox one. But the dashboard looks new already with the new update. So what's up?

This indeed may be a problem with your Internet connection. To drive deeper into this please provide us with some more details on your network environment like which router you use, which provider, which tyke of connection and what you have already configured
on your router. It would also be helpful to know if you had this problem already earlier or even right from the start.

Exactly man. Ridiculous that a 500€ console can't handle a 700MB update.

I got an OG Xbox as a replacement while I send it away, a USED ONE and it updated no problem, although it got frozen during the update but after a restart it worked properly. hahahaha

At least I still have warranty on this one.

But if you check, one of them was talking about out of warranty repair ... on a console that came out less than a year ago. hahaha

Yes. I did all 3 steps, and I've got information that my controller had to be replaced. I can't register it. I can register only new xbox one device.

i literally just got this one to replace one that was overheating and shutting down, i plugged it in and can't do the initial setup gets to the update field and wont work.

So i should take this back to see if another one might update and work out of the box?

Call 1800-4MY-XBOX and ask for an Advanced Replacement, say you have already done the troubleshooting. They will put a 450$ hold on your Credit card but you will recive a new XBOX ONE within 2-4 days took me 2 days for my replacement for a loud Bluray drive/chirping
sounds in standby and the drive not reading some discs. My XBOX ONE Day One Edition was loud since launch, but I decided to wait till their manufacturing got better which I now feel they are now better. My new Xbox one is silent, so much so I decided to buy
a 2nd XBOX ONE for the living room which is also very quite. Once you recive the replacement you will then send your XBOX ONE back to them in the box the replacement came in.

If you don't have access to a credit card, you will have to do a regular replacement which can be started at
http://www.myservice.xbox.com, you will need to register your XBOX ONE and then request a replacement on the site to get the process started. Standard replacment, you will have to send you XBOX ONE
in for replacement first which can take upwards of a month and you are not guaranteed a new replacement of yours can't be fixed, it may be refurbished and people have claimed receiving consoles with scratches.

The advanced replacement is then way to go, it's super fast and the XBOX ONE is/looks brand new.

hope this helps, I wouldn't wait for this to be fixed via unsafe as some XBOX ONES dont have this problem thus its a hardware defect they are trying to mask/fix with an update which I would not accept waiting for this to be fixed via an update and risk your
warranty running out.
