Xbox One Gold Subscription Paid Twice?

Seems as though my Gold Subscription was renewed twice this year.

Just got a Renewal message for today, May 15th, yet I also had another message for Renewal on May 8th. I haven't added another account to my profile or done anything out of the ordinary when it comes to purchases this year. Help would be lovely.

I paid a xbox live gold subscription for one year and in settings the subscription is good but in game the subscription is not available. Please help !

It may just be a glitch, but you can check your account at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you were charged twice. If so, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

DId you read what I wrote? I am an xbox gold Member. I have paid the subscription fee twice. When I say I paid the fee again, that means I paid it once before, and I am already a member. Why would I be complaining about this if I weren't a gold member?
