xbox one Gold Rewards

Hi All,

I dont know if this is the right place for this but here goes.

I got a new xbox one today set it all up & put my Xbox one Id in perfect I thought, I went to get the games from the Gold live rewards that I had on my other xbox one console & now I am being asked to BUY these games I thought that once you had gold
live rewards you could move them from Console to Console ?

the games are

Max & the curse of the brotherhood

Forza 5 (which I had on my console for 5 days)

Sniper elite v3

Fifa 14 (which I have now orderd the disk for)



I would like to ask is there anyway of getting these games back without having to Purchase them please ?

Go to your games and apps and scroll to the right. It should show them there as ready to install.

Were you the only account on your old console?

It shouldn't make a difference, but make sure your console is set as your Home console and see if they show up then.

 

yes I am the only one & only account as well. but they are asking me to Purchase the games

If you go to marketplace.xbox.com and search for the games, does it ask you to re-purchase? For example, mine says, "Already Purchased" and lists the date of download.

 

yes it is asking to still buy the games
