Xbox One Gold Membership Problems

Yep, haven't been able to get online since Sunday so TitanFall is still sitting there unplayed!

Spoke to support and there is basically nothing that will work in terms of cancelling your subscription and having a code etc, it's to do with your account.

Tech support are having to do each on a case by case basis and manually updating each affected account. Apparently there aren't enough of us for Microsoft to bother with a patch so I wouldn't expect the issue to be a quick fix.....

 

try contacting @XboxSupport1 on twitter as they are aware of this issue and have asked each individual affected to let them know so they can help resolve it .

 

Anyone who's TENURE (Years on Live) icon is missing from their Xbox One profile page, please post your issues on the thread in the link below. There seems to be a connection between those profiles affected by the March 13, 2014 GOLD STATUS OUTAGE, were
select Xbox accounts turned SILVER for several hours & missing TENURES icons in Xbox One profiles.

I am having an issue with my XBox One Gold membership as well. I was paying the monthly one until March of this year and I switched to the year one. I wanted to try the monthly service for a few months first before I committed as I have never owned an XBox
before. At the end of March I got an email saying I canceled my membership when I know for a fact I did not. I bought another Gold membership for the year on March 31st and it got canceled again somehow on Arpil 3rd! I have tried talking to different support
person's, but they can't seem to figure it out. The one agent said that the account can only be canceled from my XBox One. I am the only one who has access to my account and it is password protected. I am also the only one who plays on my XBox One. I told
that there is no way I would get a year Gold membership cancel it in less than a month, then buy a new year Gold membership and cancel it 3 days later! That makes no sense at all.

I see now that some others on here are experiencing the same problem. Has this problem been successful resolved for anyone who this has happened to? Is there some setting on my XBox One that could be causing this? As a first time XBox owner I am very disappointed
with this experience.

 

Having the same problem since this morning

 

I purchased my xbox one and a bunch of accessories along with 2 year membership that I paid for up front. now now it's not working. it's been atleast a couple of week, maybe longer ( don't play games every day). done some testing and it's all good on my
end, feeling like I've been scammed.

 

To joekingjay , same as you. , im starting to think this problem is for us that dont live in us or uk.

I havrnt tried restoring my xbox but im starting to see this as last resort After that i dont know what to do. Not gonna hassle with support seeing to many wih same problem and no solution

 

I updated expired card info and it deleted my gold subscription. Contacted Xbox support and they reinstated my gold that went missing and then the issue was fixed... I think it may be an issue with out of date card info?

i pay for a gold membership every month but when i go online to xboxlive, it says i have no subscriptions. i want to switch payment options but cant do it on the xbox
