Xbox One Gold Membership Problems

Finally had a chance to test it out and everything seems to be working just fine once again.

 

The credit card used to purchase the subscription has been charged $63, but I still cannot participate in Gold activities. I checked the microsoft commerce page and it says my subscription is suspended, but I have done nothing wrong. It came to my attention
that a payment method previously used to pay for my annually-renewing membership had been unchargeable for some time, so I switched to a different payment method yet it still says "Suspended". I even posted on the suspension thread and was directed to Xbox
Support. I'd just like this all to end so I can play Battlefield 4 (which I bought Premium for & I can't use it) with my friends again.

 

If your issue is due to a billing problem, you'll have to call in to support to get that fixed.

 

Ok for some reason my 13 month subscription was canceled whats going on, I didnt cancel it?!! Is it possible for youll to reactivate it again? Thank you.

 

Same problem here. My gold was cancelled. I want know why?

 

I was with the same problem. Playing BF4 online and the game just came offline telling me i must get gold to play. Then I received an email form MS stating that my account was canceled. I haven't requested it. Something very strange is going on. Instead
of fixing it they're making it worse. I want my gold account back now. I already paid for it. It will expire only next year.

Having the same issue. Go to play Titanfall on my Xbox One, says I need a gold subscription. When I go to sign in on my 360, it kicks me off of Xbox Live even though I can fully connect when I test my connection. It makes no sense, especially when it says
online I still have a subscription. I hope this is fixed quick.

 

Well you are lucky my subcription got canceled 100% both in x1 an online, no clue why and no info from icrsoft.

 

I actually have the same problem right now. I was trying to play Titanfall and it says I don't have Gold when I've been renewing it for years now. My status on the Xbox live site even shows Gold status still.

 

had the same problem. Spoke to support.....

If they aint sorted it soon, then try cancelling your subscription, and get the one month free offer available on your Xbox one. It seems to recognise that. Renew subscription once that runs out. It worked for me.

 

Called in to support & they gave me a 1-month code. It's better than nothing, I suppose. The guy I talked to said he thought that once the 1-month was up, my "pending" 12-month subscription would resume. Sounds unlikely to me, but we'll see.

 

silver on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, cant message on Xbox.com, but it says I'm a Gold Subscriber.

 

Same thing happened to me last night. Says I'm gold on xbox.com but silver everywhere else.

 

Same thing happen on me from last night, the XBOX support said there is a update to affect some peoples, what we can do is just wait....suck!!!
