1 Gold Account for the whole family

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

 

I'm getting this issue as well, both my 360 and one say I do not have Gold but the website shows I do. I've been a member without cancelling for nearly 10 years and auto renewed in December of last year.

 

Same here. Expires on: 23/06/2014, says no Gold on the Xbox, but webpage says yes.

 

Well they posted an outage about this for "Xbox Live Core Services". They say check back in 30mins...I can deal with that

 

im having the same problem here too called support they gave a 1month now it reverted it back to silver again

 

Im missing gaming tonight with my friends because of this nonsense. Not all accounts seem to be affected.

FIX IT QUICK!!!

 

This sucks so bad, have waited for titanfall for so long, buy it digitally and can't even get onto my account...

MS need to sort this sort of thing out, no wonder so many people are going PS4

I haven't heard or seen anything new on this. Still down and out, unable to play any online. Oh well I've other things In can do. I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow...

 

Well I see that the posting for the issue has been removed. The site is now showing that all services are working fully, and even the notice on the Xbox One it shows the same. However that's not the case, the issues are still here. My account still shows
as silver, and I can't play anything online as I should be able to. I'd be fine if the issue was still showing but really now it's just more of a *** off than anything......

 

Yep, same here. Says I'm silver too on xbox one and xbox 360, little annoying the xbox live system status has gone to "all is well" when it most certainly is not. No titanfall for me at the moment, welcome to the next gen experience.

 

It's been 6 hours for me...this is rediculous

 

I lost my gold with 9months 8days remaining, I did a call back to xbox support and they gave me some codes for 10months of gold, got me up and runnong again.
