Hi i have big trouble :/ i buy 12 months gold live card membership. Everything was ok .... i redeem a code that was succesful , but when i try to open "store" or "GOLD-get your free game totay" or something with Xbox Live (internet for example too) that
write me error message "Something went wrong - To complete your installation, first cancel it. Then try installing again. For detailed instuctions, select help. ... but i not installing something. When i select detail that write me Error 0x800701E7. I dont
now what can i do with this. Can you please help me? Thanks a lot

the errorcode states that an update has failed and gives the following information

Error 800701e7 occurs when you try to update your Xbox One console

You see the following error code when you try to update your Xbox One console:

800701e7
