Xbox one gold for more than one device

    Hello,

I had an Xbox One with my Gold Pass. I set it up as my home device and had my to kids assigned to it. Everything worked perfect. Now I bought a second Xbox One Device so that my kids can play in the same time for example FortNight. But it looks like I can
use my Gold Pass on both devices in the same time. Is that correct? Do I need to buy a second one? Or is there a way to get this leveraged on both Xbox One devices?

    :)

    Multiple Console Support

That is why it says, We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT. Which means you need a different networking device if you want to use more than one console.

You can only share gold on ypur Home console. So if they are going to be only using the 2nd console, you would want to set that as your Home and you could still use your gold while signed in on the 1st console. If they will be using both consoles, you
could still set it up that way, but your account would have to be signed in as well for them to use the gold on the non-Home console. Otherwise, yes, you would need gold on another account.

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for bringing the question to the forums. With
    home console sharing
basically the profile with gold one of the kids would need to play on. You will make it home (as you have it set now) on the first console. On the second console you will download the same profile to the second. While the kids can
play on the first one fine with any profile, on the new one they wont be able to. If your kids have separate accounts besides the one that has the gold, you could buy the gold on one of their accounts then set up home console with that profile. For example
we will call your profile A kids are B and C. Currently live is on A. They will need to play on A on the new Xbox to utilize gold on both consoles. If you purchase live for B (cancel A) then set B on the first console you owned as home and download on new
console also. Profile B and C will be able to play on separate consoles and use the gold. C will have to play on the first console and B on the new console.

    Hope this helps.

    thanks,

    Brad

Hello - The way to make this work is to have one kid play on the home Xbox. You can then log into the second Xbox on with your profile and the second kid can then log into that second Xbox will be able to access the Family share features.

While the second kid is on the second Xbox you can't log into your profile on the home Xbox or it will stop the Second xbox from using the features.

We have a similar setup and use this all the time.
