    Xbox one gold error code PBR40441


    This happened just today. I was playing on xbox live gold perfectly yesterday and now it says I am not a gold member anymore. I did get a new credit card number and updated everything to adjust to that and I end up getting "Sorry, that's as many as you can
    have. Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account". So I cant play xbox live because its not registering me as having a gold membership and I'm unable to purchase a new one. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    Payment Option Error (PBR40441)

    I keep getting PBR40441 error when I try to subscript to Xbox Live Gold free trial.
    I have tried changing he payment option to credit card then to Paypal, all to no avail.

    The latest one I get is:

    You see the following error code and message when you try to purchase an offer from your Xbox One console:

    • Error PBR40441
    • Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

    That code you are receiving is appearing due to an attempt at purchasing a limited promotion. Take a look at this

    support page    . I would sign into account.microsoft.com and review your subscriptions as you are appearing as a Gold account here on the forums.

    Have you tried deleting and recovering your account?
