Xbox one going back to home screen.

Hi, after I have finished playing fifa 14 ultimate team match, the xbox goes back to the home screen and I have to load the game in again. Could this be the disc or the console?

Youtube keeps going back to home screen

Anyone else out there been enjoying a youtube video, when out of no where it boots you back to the youtube home screen? i have noticed this for a few months now, and it is getting more often. I know it is not my internet, so must be the ap its self. Any
tips to fix this would be great, i have even reinstalled the app with out sucess.

I see you tried reinstalling the app. Did you clear the cache and then restart the console before reinstalling it?

Usually when it "crashes" like that, the problem is isolated to the program, or in this case the game. Try doing a hard reset, hold the power sensor for 10 secs then let it go for 10 secs and then turn it back on, and see if the maintenance helps to fix
that error.

I was having similar issues with a couple of my games a while back doing something similar, they would start to load up and then the screen would go black and kick me back to the Home page. A hard reset cleared it right up.

Bigbenx88 Thanks for your reply. I set the console back to factory settings and re-installed the game and I still have the same problem. It's rather annoying.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One options. Keep in mind you will need your Microsoft account primary email address and password to recover your account onto the console after the reset.

If you're unable to get to the dashboard at all to do the factory reset you need to access the Troubleshoot screen by using these steps :

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

From there you can reset your console.
