Xbox one goes to home while watching online video

Hey there, ABDO!

We have noticed a few others complaining about this, however we are unable to see what you guys are seeing. Is normal browsing working for you? If so, can you detail what videos you are watching so that we can test ourselves? We'll be able to determine what
our next steps are after that.

Actually i am watching a movie one link shared by my ISP where he share movie files with his subscribers that using his network and these files are able to be downloaded or to played directly i always playing them using my Xbox one "Microsoft Edge app" and
they were perfect before March update where now while i am watching "Microsoft Edge app" crashes and back to home of Xbox one.

So please advice if we can fix that

I appreciate the details of what you're watching, ABDO! That gives a lot of insight as to what is going on with your situation.

The unfortunate side of this is that not all websites are supported by Edge, and it's likely that this site is now one of those. From what I can tell, it sounds like you're using a link to a server, and streaming from this server is being recognized as something
that is no longer supported. At this time, we feel this is by design.

If this is something that you would like to continue to do, there is always the
Plex app that you can get. If you work with your ISP to provide a Plex server, you will be able to connect to that and stream the items to your console through the Plex app. If what
you're doing is what I think you're doing, then I feel like this will be a great replacement for you.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns, though! I am always happy to clarify any answers I've given or help with other questions if needed.

Install a game from disc, download updates, all while watching a video feed from one of the many Apps on the Xbox One console. I've installed games while watching videos off Netflix and YouTube. The Xbox One can run multiple apps at once, no problems at
all.

Well it finally happened to me full glitch status achieved. Signed out while watching video and dumped back at home screen.
